What is China’s comment on that?
答：中方欢迎并支持俄德法乌四国领导人就政治解决乌克兰危机所作的努力，希望有关各方在兼顾各方合理利益与关切的基础上，尽早达成全面、均衡、持久的政治解决方案，实现乌克兰及整个地区的和平、安全、稳定与发展。
A: China welcomes and supports the efforts made by the leaders of Russia, Germany, France and Ukraine in seeking a political solution to the Ukrainian crisis. Q: Reports say that China has sent rescue teams to help search and locate the missing AirAsia flight QZ8501. Can you give us more details?
答：经与印度尼西亚政府协商一致，中国政府决定派遣飞机和舰船参与亚航失联客机搜救行动。目前，海军1艘正在南海执行例行巡逻任务的护卫舰已向客机失联海域方向机动，空军飞机也已展开相关准备工作，正在与有关国家协调航线。中方正与印尼方保持密切联系，关注亚航失联客机搜寻进展，中国海上搜救力量已做好准备，可随时出发前往有关海域支援搜寻。
A: After consulting with the Indonesian government, the Chinese government has decided to send planes and ships to join in the search and rescue of the missing flight. At present, a naval frigate that is on a regular patrol mission in the South China Sea has been mobilized to sail towards the waters where the flight lost contact. Airforce planes are also making relevant preparation and coordinating with countries concerned to adjust air routes. China is in close contact with Indonesia to get the latest development of search and rescue. China’s maritime search and rescue teams are ready and can be dispatched to relevant waters to assist searching at any moment.

On your second question, the Diaoyu Islands and the affiliated islands are China’s inherent territory. The patrolling of China’s coastguard vessels in territorial waters off the Diaoyu Islands is exercising sovereignty in accordance with law and is an official act.
