前不久，六国与伊作出延期谈判全面协议的决定，为外交努力争取了更多时间和空间。当前对话谈判积极势头来之不易，有关各方应该倍加珍视。下阶段，最重要的是趁热打铁，坚持共识，本着分步对等原则，聚焦并弥合分歧，争取尽早达成互利共赢的全面协议。中方愿同各方一道，继续为推动全面协议谈判进程发挥建设性作用。
The P5+1 and Iran have lately decided to extend negotiations on a comprehensive agreement, making more time and space for the diplomatic efforts. All parties concerned should cherish more the positive momentum of negotiations which does not come easily. What is the most important in the next stage is to strike when the iron is hot, adhere to consensus, stay focused on and narrow differences in the principle of step by step and reciprocity, so as to clinch a comprehensive and mutually beneficial deal at an early date. Together with all parties, the Chinese side will continue to play a constructive role in pushing forward negotiations on a comprehensive agreement.
