上海国际展览中心有限公司成立于1995年，是全国首家获得ISO9001认证的国际性展览馆，也是上海首家引进国外一流管理模式和经验的展览馆公司。
Intex Shanghai Co., Ltd. was founded in 1995. It is not only the first international exhibition center passing ISO9001 quality certification in China, but also the first venue management company that integrated the world class management pattern.
上海国际展览中心共两层楼面12,000平方米，配备有完善统一的标识体系、各类大小会议室、多功能会议厅和VIP接待室，以及先进的宽带网络、投影装置、广播音响设施、数字化监控设备，商务中心等多种展览配套服务设施。每年接待展览会约50多个，以国际性、贸易类展览会为主。
Intex Shanghai has a space of 12,000 sqm on two floors, equipped with various kinds of auxiliary service facilities including different sizes of meeting rooms, mult-functional conference rooms, and VIP room; advanced wideband network; projection devices; broadcast audio facility; digital monitoring equipment and business center, etc. There are approximately 50 exhibitions held in Intex Shanghai every year, most of which are international trade shows.
公司主办的展览会有：中国（上海）国际乐器展览会、上海国际专业灯光音响展览会、中国国际花卉园艺展览会、中国国际轨道交通展览会、中国国际隧道与地下工程技术展览会、中国国际润滑油、脂及调合技术设备展览会、中国国际康复护理展览会等，都在各自的行业领域中享有很高的声誉。
Intex Shanghai has successfully organized the following 7 exhibitions since 1998, they are Music China, Prolight+Sound Shanghai, Hortiflorexpo China, Rail+Metro China, Tunnel China, Inter Lubric China, and China Aid. All of them enjoy high recognition and sound reputation in the industry.
凭借一流的经营理念及专业化的管理团队，2003年，上海国际展览中心有限公司参与投资成立宁波国际会议展览中心管理有限公司，正式经营宁波国际会议展览中心，成为中国第一家成功进行展览馆管理输出的公司。
Building on its strength of advanced management concept and professional staff, in 2003, Intex Shanghai invested Ningbo International Conference & Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. to run and operate Ningbo International Conference & Exhibition Center, providing the complete set of management with the core of ISO 9001, thus becoming the first successful venue management export company in China.
2006年，接受郑州市政府委托，上海国际展览中心有限公司出资成立合资管理公司，经营管理郑州国际会展中心。
In 2006, accepting the commission of Zhengzhou Municpial Government, Intex Shanghai invested to set up the joint venture company to manage and operate Zhengzhou International Convention & Exhibition Center.
