It’s a real pleasure and a privilege to be invited to close the China Britain Business Council’s third annual China Business Conference.

It’s just over a week since I returned from China, having spent two fantastic days alongside His Royal Highness The Duke of Cambridge at the GREAT Festival of Creativity in Shanghai.

This was the most incredible coming together of creative talent from Britain and China.

I know I wasn’t alone in feeling immensely proud that Britain can boast such amazing imagination and innovation, not just in our creative industries but in all sectors of our economy.
