Temperament

(n.)

person's nature as it affects the way he thinks, feels and behaves

气质;性情;禀性

e.g. I've got a very nervous temperament.

我很神经质。

e.g. a man with an artistic temperament

有艺术家气质的男子

e.g. The two brothers have entirely different temperaments.

他们兄弟俩的性情完全不同。

e.g. To be a champion, skill is not enough — you have to have the right temperament.

要当冠军,光有技巧还不够——还必须有相应的禀赋。

e.g. Opera singers often display a lot of temperament, i.e. are moody or excitable.
