克里表示，在领土主权归属问题上，美方不持立场，不选边站，也无意进行评判。美方希望各方妥善处理，保持地区和平稳定。
Kerry said that the US takes no position or side on the issues of territorial sovereignty, neither does it intend to make judgement. The US hopes that all parties can properly handle relevant issues and endure regional peace and stability.
