Action Plan for Building a China-Laos Community with a Shared Future
2019年4月关于构建中老命运共同体行动计划签署以来，中老双方凝心聚力，推动中老命运共同体建设取得丰硕成果，特别是将中老铁路打造成为中老人民的发展路、幸福路、友谊路，不仅为两国人民带来巨大福祉，也为共建“一带一路”和推动构建人类命运共同体提供了示范。
Since
the signing of the Action Plan for Building a China-Laos Community with
a Shared Future in April 2019, China and Laos have made joint efforts
and worked for fruitful results in the building of a China-Laos
community with a shared future. In particular, the two sides have built
the China-Laos Railway into a road of development, a road of happiness
and a road of friendship, which has not only brought huge benefits to
the two peoples, but also set a fine example for Belt and Road
cooperation and the building of a community with a shared future for
mankind.
